Amber Canary's platform is not built in a consultant's office — it is built from thirteen years of living, working, and raising a life in Edmond and OKC. Every initiative she champions comes from personal conviction: the teacher who saw underfunded classrooms firsthand, the business owner who felt the weight of overtaxation, the Christian who believes government should protect freedom, not restrict it. These are the priorities Amber will carry to the Oklahoma State House on behalf of every family, veteran, educator, and entrepreneur in District 81.
Faith & Christian Heritage
Amber is committed to protecting Oklahoma's Christian heritage and ensuring that faith-based values remain central to public life. She will defend religious liberty and stand firm against policies that undermine our foundational beliefs.
Pro-Life Advocacy
Amber believes life begins at conception and will fight tirelessly to protect the unborn. She supports every legislative effort to uphold the sanctity of human life and will be a strong pro-life voice in the State House.
Limited Government & Lower Taxes
Government should serve the people — not the other way around. Amber will work to reduce the size of government, cut unnecessary spending, and lower the tax burden on Oklahoma families and businesses.
Second Amendment
The right to keep and bear arms is a God-given right enshrined in our Constitution. Amber will unapologetically defend Oklahomans' Second Amendment rights against any effort to erode them.
Free Speech
Free speech is the cornerstone of democracy. Amber will champion constitutional rights for every citizen, opposing censorship and protecting the marketplace of ideas that makes America great.
Small Business & Economy
America and Oklahoma are built on the small business owner. Drawing from her own experience of growing $33K into $1M, Amber will protect small businesses from overtaxation and create incentives for growth.
Education & Teacher Support
Oklahoma ranks near the bottom nationally in education. Having taught at a Title One school herself, Amber understands the challenges teachers face. She will fight for programs that support teachers and improve funding.
Veterans
Those who served deserve our deepest gratitude and our strongest support. Amber will advocate for veteran services, benefits, and specialized programs that honor their sacrifice and ensure they thrive after service.
Prison Reform
Amber believes in justice, redemption, and rehabilitation. She will advocate for meaningful prison reform — including reform of local county jails — ensuring a system that is just, humane, and effective.
